We hold a strict policy regarding the absolute separation of your files. We do not sell, distribute or lease your private information to third-party commercial vendors. Data transitions occur strictly under specific administrative or compliance parameters:

• Processing secure payment instalments directly via integrated, compliant transaction portals (e.g., Stripe).

5. Encrypted Systems & Contact

6. Corporate Enquiries and Employer Resources

When you submit a corporate enquiry or request our Workplace Menopause Readiness Checklist, we collect your name, work email, job title, organisation, country, workforce size and the details you choose to give about your organisation's needs. We also record where your visit came from (for example an advert or social media campaign), the page you arrived on and the time of submission. These forms do not ask for, and should not include, any employee's health information.

• Why we use it: to respond to your enquiry, send the checklist you asked for, arrange a consultation and prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• Marketing: we send occasional workplace menopause insights only if you tick the optional marketing box. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• Who processes it: Ontraport (CRM and email), Supabase (secure database), Resend (email notifications), Vercel (website hosting) and, only where you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Meta for anonymous campaign measurement. We never send your name, email or form answers to analytics or advertising platforms.
• How long we keep it: corporate enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a contract follows, in which case contract records are kept as required by law.
