Booking Policy
Mamichie Healthcare Limited
To ensure the highest standard of care and respect for both our clinical team's time and our clients' needs, Mamichie Healthcare Limited operates under a strict booking and cancellation policy. By securing an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Securing Your Consultation
All consultations and residency assessments require payment in full at the time of booking to secure your slot in Dr Stirzaker's clinical calendar. Upon successful payment, you will receive an immediate confirmation email containing your secure intake forms and video consultation link.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that emergencies arise. However, due to the comprehensive nature of our consultations, we require significant notice for changes:
- More than 72 hours notice: You may reschedule your appointment or request a full refund without penalty.
- Between 24 and 72 hours notice: You may reschedule your appointment to a later date. Cancellations within this window will forfeit 50% of the consultation fee.
- Less than 24 hours notice (or failure to attend): Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or missed entirely are strictly non-refundable.
3. Late Arrivals
Consultations run strictly to schedule to ensure fairness to all patients. If you arrive late to your virtual consultation, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a "failure to attend" and cannot be refunded or extended.
4. Clinical Intake Forms
Your Phase 01 Assessment forms must be completed and submitted at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled consultation. Failure to submit these forms in time restricts Dr Stirzaker's ability to adequately prepare your clinical file and may result in the necessary rescheduling of your appointment.
