BOOKING PROCESS:
All consultations and services are by virtual appointment only and must be booked through our official website and booking portal. You will receive a confirmation email after booking, which includes session details and joining instructions for virtual appointments. You will receive any relevant summaries, guidance, or follow-up information via secure email or the client portal within 72 hours of your consultation. Any additional queries should be directed to info@mamichiehealthcare.com
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS:
All services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your slot - this is taken at the time you book your appointment. The remaining balance (if applicable) is due after your consultation via the business bank details specified in your confirmation email. By booking this service, you agree to have your card securely stored and charged for the outstanding balance following the completion of your consultation.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS:

LATE ARRIVALS:
We kindly ask that you join your virtual session on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s slot. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment and subject to cancellation terms.
