Client Agreement for the Mamichie 3R Method™ Programme

Programme Overview

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the 3R Method™ Programme delivered by Mamichie Healthcare Limited. The programme is designed to support women 35+ through perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause using a clinically informed and lifestyle-supported approach.

Services Provided:

Mamichie Healthcare Limited agrees to provide the following services:

Initial 90-minute assessment and onboarding session
Weekly 60-minute lifestyle and clinical strategy sessions for 12 weeks
Personalised hormone and lifestyle protocol development
Access to educational materials and downloadable resources
Email or messaging support between sessions
One 30-minute post-programme ‘Next Step’ Call

Fees and Payment

The total fee for either the premium plan or the standard group plan is payable in full prior to the first session unless a payment plan is agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable once the programme has commenced.

Confidentiality

All client information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without written consent, except as required by law. Mamichie Healthcare Limited operates in accordance with GDPR and data protection regulations.

Intellectual Property

All materials, methods and tools provided during the programme remain the intellectual property of Mamichie Healthcare Limited. Clients may not copy, reproduce, or share materials outside of personal use without express written permission.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Attend all scheduled sessions or provide 48 hours' notice for cancellations
Actively participate in the programme and apply the recommendations provided
Complete any assigned assessments or trackers
Communicate any medical concerns promptly

Medical Disclaimer

The 3R Method™ Programme is not a substitute for primary medical care. All information provided is for educational and supportive purposes only. Clients are advised to consult their GP or specialist for ongoing medical management and medication prescriptions.

Termination

Mamichie Healthcare Limited reserves the right to terminate this agreement if a client behaves in a way that is unsafe, unethical or in breach of this agreement. Clients may also request termination in writing, subject to the payment terms above.
